    Cancellations made at least 24 hours (local time) prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.

  • No Refund & No Changes

    Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours (local time) of the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

  • Manage Your Booking

    You can manage your booking and request cancellations directly through the email you received when you completed your booking.
