1. Booking & Availability

All services are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us. We recommend booking in advance to secure availability.

2. Services Provided

We offer private transfers and private tours in Athens and selected destinations across Greece. All services are provided with a professional driver and vehicle.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

Prices include vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, parking fees, and VAT. Entrance fees, meals, gratuities, and personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

Payments can be made via the available methods listed on our website. A booking is considered valid only after payment is completed or confirmed.

5. Flight Information (Airport Transfers)

For airport pickups, customers must provide accurate flight details. We monitor flights and adjust pickup times in case of delays, provided correct information has been given.

6. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, up to 1.5 hours of waiting time is included after the actual landing time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

7. Delays & Changes

In case of delays, changes in flight details, or last-minute updates, customers must inform us as soon as possible. Service adjustments are subject to availability.

8. Driver & Tour Guide Services

Our drivers are professional drivers but are not licensed tour guides. They may provide general information during the ride. Licensed tour guides are available upon request and can be booked as an additional service, subject to availability.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service in case of inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

10. Vehicle Use

Smoking, eating, or drinking inside the vehicle is not permitted (except bottled water). Any damage caused to the vehicle may result in additional charges.

11. Liability

We make every effort to provide reliable and timely services. In case of delays or disruptions due to traffic, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will always do our best to assist you and ensure your experience continues as smoothly as possible.
