- Max luggage allowance: 1 big suitcase and 1 carry-on per person
- Infant/baby seats available upon request
- Your driver will be waiting at the cruise terminal exit holding a sign with your name. We monitor ship arrival times, so there is no need to worry about delays. After disembarkation, simply proceed to the main exit of the terminal building where your driver will greet you. You will receive the driver’s contact details prior to pickup, and we will be in direct contact to ensure a smooth meeting.
Cancellation Policy 100% Refundable

- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours (local time) prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund & No Changes: Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours (local time) of the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
- Manage Your Booking: You can manage your booking and request cancellations directly through the email you received when you completed your booking.
