- Max luggage allowance: 1 big suitcase and 1 carry-on per person
- Infant/baby seats available upon request
- Your driver will meet you at the Port of Piraeus, directly outside your cruise terminal or ferry gate. After disembarking, please proceed to the exit area where your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name. The driver will also contact you via WhatsApp/Email upon arrival. Luggage assistance and complimentary bottled water are included for a comfortable ride.
Cancellation Policy 100% Refundable

- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours (local time) prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund & No Changes: Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours (local time) of the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
- Manage Your Booking: You can manage your booking and request cancellations directly through the email you received when you completed your booking.
